Sport and Fitness at your new Hall


Being able to offer exercise and fitness classes at the new Village Hall in Lyng will be important to us and our community. Keeping active and healthy is essential for people's well being. Sessions can be fun, friendly and great for socialisation too. Some of the workout types we could have are:-

  • Zumba

  • Pilates

  • Yoga

  • Aerobics

  • Legs, Bums, Tums

  • Circuits

  • Kettlebells

  • Bootcamp

  • Boxercise

  • Keep Fit

  • Cardio and Combat


Table Tennis and other indoor sports can be regular activities for anyone to get involved with. If you want to start up a club, or want to join in, GET IN TOUCH.
