When a new servant, Abigail, arrives, her charm endears her to Sarah. Sarah takes Abigail under her wing, and Abigail sees a chance to return to her aristocratic roots.  Stars:  Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz.

10am to 1pm
The three-hour session in the morning explores feeling your physical boundary by feeling your skin through an intense Forrest Yoga asana sequence of standing poses and some inversions.  You are encouraged to feel your body as a container that helps you to hold onto your life force and therefore be more vibrant.

2pm to 5pm
The afternoon session explores physical and energetic boundaries using movement, guided writing and reflection time.  Please bring pen and paper with you.

The day will be hosted by Sandra Robinson (nee Heider), Head of Forrest Yoga for Europe, Mentor and Guardian. Assisted by Juliet Allen.

This day is suitable for all levels and modifications to poses will be given.  Please inform prior to the workshop of any major illnesses or injuries. £45 per person*.
