THE MAIN HALL

Versatile space for private functions, conferences, events and club activities

Holds 21 tables with 136 seated  |  150 seated max approx   |  180 persons max approx

  • The Main Hall measures 17m x 9m (153m²).  Underfloor heating, blackout blinds and extensive soundproofing make this room ideal for functions, sports and activities.  

  • 21 Tables and 150 chairs are available for use.

  • A large 4m x 4m projector screen is available for cinema, conference, presentations etc. 

  • There is a serving hatch direct from the kitchen and a portable serving trolley available on request.  Large glazing to one end with access out onto decking and enclosed lawn area.

  • Fully functional Blu-ray surround sound cinema with additional speaker system for music and public address, with the facility to switch viewings to the Foyer TV or to simultaneously broadcast to both. For the public address system there is a wireless hand-held mic, or Bluetooth headset with microphone for greater mobility.

  • For playing music, there's an inbuilt 3.5 jack with lead to convert to a 1.5mm to allow play through iPads, Laptop’s (both Mac and PC), smart phones and Tablets.  At present we do not have iPhone lightening connection leads.

  • For presentations, there are two inbuilt HDMI leads, plus several converters, for use with VGA, Mac mini and ‘C’ connections. Presentations use the surround sound and projector circuit, allowing the use of the public address system for talk over.

MEETING ROOM

Private and functional for meetings, small clubs and activities

4 rectangular tables, 14 chairs  |  Chair and writing desk

The Meeting room measures 7m x 3.7m (26m²).  Enough room for business meetings and small functions.  The table and chairs can be rearranged or removed.

THE FOYER

Bright and airy space for social events, small functions and dining

6 Bistro tables, 24 chairs​​  |  Childs Party:  30 max approx

 

The Foyer measures measures 8m x 7.3m (58m²).  This entrance area is perfect for small functions, light dining, coffee mornings and artistic activities.  There's also a cloaks recess to hang coats and store bags.

A 30" Smart TV screen allows the broadcast of Freeview and ability to use pre-loaded memory sticks or connect to a laptop.  Blu-ray DVD from the main hall's cinema system can also be cast to the Foyer TV.

 

There is a serving hatch direct from the kitchen and a portable serving trolley available on request.

KITCHEN

Semi commercial kitchen suitable for catering functions and food courses

6 Burner Cooker  |  Electric Oven  |  Dishwasher  |  Microwave  |  Hot Water Boiler  |  Cutlery, Crockery & Glasses for 60  |  Pots & Pans  |  2 Serving Hatches  |  2 Fridges  | 

The Kitchen measures 7m x 4m (28m²).  When hiring areas of the hall, access to the kitchen is included for use of basic facilities for washing up and serving drinks and pre-prepared food.

Full use of the kitchens oven, and other equipment is available for catering at events at an additional cost.

TOILETS

Facilities for men, women, disabled and baby changing
  • The Mens offers 2 cubicles with auto sensor lighting, 2 urinals and 2 sinks.

  • The Ladies offers 3 cubicles with auto sensor lighting, and 2 sinks with led-lit mirrors.

  • Disabled toilet on its own with low level sink, safety alarm and support rails.

  • Baby changing unit is in the Disabled Toilet.

CAR PARK

Parking for 40+ cars, including disabled and baby/toddler spaces
  • The car park to the rear of the hall provides 16 grassed parking spaces plus 3 hard-surface for disabled and 1 for baby/toddler parking. 

  • There is an overflow car park on the adjacent sports field provide parking for approximately 27 more cars.
